摘要
目的研究非智力因素对高职学生学业成绩的影响。方法利用文献资料研究与实地调查相结合的方法进行研究总结,通过分析高职学生非智力因素的现状以及非智力因素的作用以达到上述目的。结果非智力因素具有动力、定向、引导、维持、调节和强化的作用;学生的动机、兴趣、情感、性格、意志等是影响学生学业成绩的几个非智力因素。结论体育教育则是培养学生良好的非智力因素的有效途径之一。
Objective—To study the non-intelligence factors affecting academic achievement of students at vocational and technical colleges.Methods—By combing literatures research and field investigation,the status of non-intelligence factors and the role of non-intelligence factors of vocational students are researched,summarized and analyzed to achieve the above mentioned purpose.Results—Non-intellectual factors have the function of motivation,orientation,guidance,maintenance,adjustment and reinforcement.While the non-intellectual factors of students(such as motivation,interest,emotions,personality,volition,etc.)affect students' academic performance.Conclusion—Physical education is an effective way to cultivate good non-intellectual factors of students.
