西藏电网建设中的若干工程问题分析 被引量:2

摘要 西藏是我国可再生能源分布种类最全,储量最丰富的省区之一,不但如此,而且至目前为止开发还不到储量的1/10,开发潜力巨大,开发前景广阔。据全国水力资源普查成果及对西藏太阳能、风能和地热能的评估,西藏可再生能源理论储量在2.5亿KW以上,技术可开发量在1.5亿kW以上,若将其部分或全部开发,西藏自身只能消化10%~15%,约90%以上将送往内地参与全国电力平衡,支持内地经济建设即实施西电东送,藏电外送。根据《西藏电力发展"十一五"规划及2020年远景目标》和《西藏水电基地开发及外送总体规划》,初步将西藏水电站分为14个电站群,由14条通道送往内地。风能和太阳能主要分布于那曲,阿里和日喀则等地,未来将在这些地区建若干座大型的光伏和风能电站并与水电并网后将强大的电流送往内地。众所周知,西藏地域辽阔,山高谷深,气象条件复杂,使得每条通道所经之处都是高山峡谷,地形地质条件复杂,水文气象条件恶劣,地质灾害频发和地震多发区,给电网工程建设带来很大的难度,文章对此进行了归类和分析,然后提出了相应的工程处理措施,供今后进行大规模电网建设参考。 Tibet is one of the provinces that renewable energy distribution full-lined series and has most abundant reserves in China. Nevertheless, development is less than 1/10 of the reserves so far, it has great development potential and broad prospects for development. According to the national water resources survey and evaluation of Tibet solar, wind and geothermal, in theory Tibet renewable energy reserves above 2.5 billion KW, however, the exploitable in more than 150 million KW. If part or all of them can be developed, Tibet itself can only digest 10- 15%, almost 90% will be sent to the mainland to participate in the national power balance, to support the economic construction of the mainland namely the implementation of power transmission from west to East, power transmission to other places. According to the "Tibet electric power development in the eleventh five-year plan and 2020 vision " and "Tibet hydropower site development and delivery planning", preliminary Tibet hydropower station is divided into 14 hydropower station groups, through 14 channels transfer to the mainland. Wind and solar energy is mainly distributed in Naqu, Ali and Xigaze, in the future there will be built large numbers of extensive photovoltaic(pv) and wind power plant in these areas, combine with the water and electricity grid transfer powerful electric current to the mainland. As is known to all, Tibet has complex geological conditions and vicious weather conditions, it brings great difficulties to the construction of power grid projects. This paper classified and analyzed the difficulties, then put forward to corresponding measures for the engineering also can be the reference for the future construction of large scale power grid.
