摘要
有机食品企业应处理好与消费者、同行及行业监管者之间的诚信关系。在与消费者的诚信关系构建方面,有机食品企业应增强信息传递,注重诚信沟通策略,塑造企业内部诚信环境;在与同行诚信关系构建方面,有机食品企业应努力扩大规模与实力,取信于同行,此外应从纵向及横向角度处理好与供应链合作伙伴及同行合作伙伴间的诚信关系;在与行业监管者诚信关系构建方面,应加大对有机食品企业滥用有机认证标志及认证机构违法认证行为的执法力度及惩处力度。
Organic food enterprises should primely handle the sincerity relationship with consumers, people of the same trade and supervisors. In constructing sincerity relationship with consumers, organic food enterprises must enhance information delivering, emphasize the tactics of sincerity communication and build sincerity environment within an enterprise. In constructing sincerity relationship with people of the same trade, organic food enterprises should try to expand its own scale and strength, win the trust from peers and handle the sincerity relationship with supply chain partners and peers. In constructing sincerity relationship with supervisors, governors should strengthen the potency of enforcing law and punishment on organic food enterprises’ misuse of organic certification mark and certification bodies’ illegal certification.
