摘要
生态农业的发展必须依靠政府的大力扶持,而政府的支持又要以相关法律制度为基础。为了促进生态农业的发展,政府应该建立新的领导体制,对生态农业提供财政补助、税收优惠和金融支持,也应该建立政府的生态业绩考核制度和价格保护制度,强化生态农业的行业管理。
It is necessary to be supported by the government for development of ecological agriculture, but the support of government is founded legal institutions. To promote the development of ecological agriculture, the government should establish a new leading system, provide subsidy, privilege of taxes and finance, intensify the market supervise to and inner management in the industry.
