摘要
综述了聚 β羟基丁酸的研究进展 .生成PHB的微生物菌种有 30 0余种 ,其中应用最多的菌种是真养产碱杆菌 (Alcaligeneseutrophus) .培养条件对微生物细胞中PHB产量影响最大 ,其中最重要的影响因素是碳源和氮源 .选择合适的碳源与氮源 ,合理控制培养基中的C/N比值 ,是细胞中PHB产量的最关键的影响因素 .筛选优良菌株 ,优化培养条件和建立合理的提取工艺是PHB生产中的三大关键环节 ;生物技术在PHB生产中具有广阔的应用前景 .
Advances in the research of poly β hydroxybutyric acid are reviewed .The species of microbes, which can synthesize PHB are about three hundred ,among which Alcaligenes eutrophus is most applied . The yield of PHB in the cell of microbe is largely affected by the cultural condition, among which carbon and nitrogen sources are the most important. The control of C/N in the selected carbon and nitrogen sources is the key factor which affects the biosynthesis of PHB . Selecting high yield strain,optimizing cultural condition,founding reasonable extracting and purifying technology are the three key links in the biosynthesis of PHB. Biotechnology used in the production of PHB will have broad prospects.
