摘要
作为生物医用材料的一个重要分支,生物可降解聚碳酸酯的研究已经引起了人们越来越多的关注。文中总结了近年来生物可降解聚碳酸酯的研究状况,简要概述了它们的种类和结构以及目前在生物医学中的应用。
In the last two decades, the biodegradable polycarbonates have attracted much attention in biomedical application due to their excellent properties such as mechanical properties and biocompatibility and so on. Usually, biodegradable polycarbonats are divided into two classes: aliphatic polycarbonates and aromatic polycarbonates in view of their main chain structure. Recently, increasing effort was taken to adjust the structure and properties of the polycarbonates to meet a range of different demands in biomedical application. In this paper, the development of the biodegradable polycarbonates was thoroughly reviewed and the application in the biomedical field was also chiefly illustrated.
