AE信号归原处理法在砂轮磨钝监测中的应用

摘要 利用声发射(AE)信号的归原处理法,在线监测小批量、多品种磨削过程砂轮钝化程度,实验结果表明,该方法获得的结果与砂轮钝化有很好的一致性。 Using the AE signal restore processing method,online monitoring of blun ting degree of grinding wheels durin g grinding of small batches and great varieties of parts.It is indicated that the results conform to the blunting degree o f grinding wheels well.
