摘要
固结磨料研磨垫在加工过程中因钝化、磨损需要修整,材料去除率是判断研磨垫修整的特征指标之一。建立声发射信号与材料去除率的关系,有利于优化固结磨料研磨垫的修整、提高加工效率、降低生产成本。实验研究研磨压力、研磨转速、磨粒粒径、研磨液pH值4个因素对固结磨料研磨K9玻璃的材料去除率和声发射信号的影响,并建立材料去除率和声发射信号的线性回归方程。研究结果表明:4个因素对材料去除率和声发射信号的影响趋势相同,回归方程的预测误差小于5%。采用声发射技术可以预测研磨的材料去除率,为在线监测固结磨料研磨垫的修整奠定基础。
Due to passivation and wear, fixed abrasive lapping pad needs to be conditioned. Material removal rate is one of the characteristic indexes to judge the condition of the lapping pad. The relationship between acoustic emission signal and material removal rate is beneficial to optimize conditioning of lapping pad, improve the processing efficiency and reduce the production cost. The effect of lapping pressure, lapping speed, abrasive size and slurry pH on the removal rate and acoustic emission signal is investigated in fixed abrasive lapping K9 glass. The linear regression equation of material removal rate and root mean square of acoustic emission signal is established. The results show that the influences of the four factors on material removal rate and acoustic emission signal is the same, and the prediction error of the regression equation is less than 5 %. Acoustic emission technology can be used to predict material removal rate in lapping process, which lays the foundation for on-line monitoring fixed abrasive pad condition.
