摘要
目的观察中药制剂金刚健骨片对绝经后骨质疏松症细胞因子的影响。方法将 1 4月龄SD雌性大鼠摘除双侧卵巢常规喂养 3个月制成骨质疏松症模型 ,随机分为模型空白组、金刚健骨片高剂量组、低剂量组、骨松宝组、尼尔雌醇组 ,并设假手术组作对照。分别给药和喂养 3个月后 ,断头取血 ,分离血清 ,测定白细胞介素 -6 (IL -6 )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)含量。结果金刚健骨片、骨松宝、尼尔雌醇均可减少IL -6、TNF的产生 ,抑制骨质疏松症的病理进程。结论金刚健骨片具有抗细胞因子的作用 ,从抗细胞因子入手研究防治骨质疏松症具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of Jingang Jiangu tablet on cell factors in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis.Methods 60 fourteen-month-old femal SD rats were bilaterally ovariectomized to set up the osteoporosis models. After that,the Operated animals were divided into model group, Jingang Jiangu tablet groups in large and small doses, Gusongbao group,calcitonin group and sham-ovariectomized group. Then, 10 rats were taken as control with operation but without ovariectomy.Three months after surgery,sera were collected to measure IL-6 and TNF. Results Jingang Jiangu tablet, Gusongbao, and calcitonin could lower the levels of IL-6 and TNF in serum, and inhibit the pathological development of osteoporosis. Conclusion Jingang Jiangu tablet have the effect of reducing the levels of cell factors. It is significant to study the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by starting with cell factor.
