氯苯基类苯并咪唑衍生物的合成 被引量:13

Synthesis of Chlorophenyl Benzimidazole Derivatives

摘要 在多聚磷酸与磷酸混合酸的催化条件下 ,利用 2 ,4 二氯苯氧乙酸和邻氯苯甲酸与邻苯二胺的缩合反应 ,合成了 2 (2 ,4 二氯苯氧甲基 )苯并咪唑和 2 (o 氯苯基 )苯并咪唑两种化合物 ,反应物质的量比n(有机酸 )∶n(邻苯二胺 ) =1∶1,反应时间为 6h ,收率分别为 73 7%和 6 2 0 % ,产品质量分数分别为 98 0 %和 98 6 %。最适宜的条件是 :催化剂中多聚磷酸与磷酸的体积比为 1∶4 ,反应温度为 190~ 2 0 Under the catalysis of a mixture of polyphosphoric acid and phosphoric acid,2 (2,4 dichlorophenoxymethyl)benzimidazole and 2 ( o chlorophenyl)benzimidazole were synthesized by condensation of o phenylenediamine with 2,4 dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and o chlorobenzoic acid respectively.Mole ratio n (organic acid)∶ n ( o - phenylenediamine) was 1∶1,reaction time was 6 h,and the yields were 73 7% and 62 0% respectively.The optimum reaction conditions were volume ratio of polyphosphoric acid to phosphoric acid 1∶4 and reaction temperature 190-200 ℃.
