摘要
对农村剩余劳动力进行有效培训是提高劳动者素质 ,成功实现有效转移和持续发展的根本。当前转移培训已在剩余劳动力中逐渐开展并日趋受到重视 ,但也存在培训体制不顺、统筹协调不力 ,培训工作开展不平衡 ,培训条件和质量普遍较差等问题 ,推进农村剩余劳动力转移培训的关键在于做好理顺管理体制、建立培训基地、启动培训需求。
Effective training of rural surplus labor force is foundation of improving laborer's quality, realizing effective transform in success and sustained development. Presently transform training of surplus labor force has been launched already and has been emphasized increasingly. However,there are still Some problems : training work is in state of imbalance; conditions and quality of training are quite bad. So the key to push transform training of rural surplus labor force on is to straighten management system, set up good training base, start supply demand of training and improve quality of training.
