摘要
目的 探讨数字减影血管造影 (DSA)在颈动脉体瘤治疗中的作用。方法 总结经病理证实的颈动脉体瘤 13例 ,研究DSA在其中的表现。结果 颈动脉体瘤为富血供型 ;DSA能清楚显示肿瘤血管细节及肿瘤与相邻血管的整体关系 ;术前行超选择性动脉插管栓塞治疗有助于减少术中出血及术后并发症。结论 颈动脉体瘤的DSA表现特征明显 ,影象直观 ,与血管关系明确 ,对诊断
Objective To evaluate DSA in treatment of carotid body tumor. Methods 13 cases of carotid body tumor underwent surgery and pathology were studied and analyzed with DSA , by superselective catheterization, embolization with segments of glutin was safely performed in all of the 13 cases before 2 7 surgery's days. Results ① Carotid body tumor is richly vascular, ②DSA could show the details of tumor vessel and relationship with adjacent vessels, ③Transcatheter superselective arterial embolization treatment before surgery could reduce hemorrhage in operation and postoperative complicatoins. Conclusion The DSA appearances of carotid body tumor are quite characteristic. It is the most important modality of choice for diagnosis, for treating plan, for surgery of carotid body tumor.
