摘要
目的 探讨正常胎儿和室间隔缺损患者心脏连接蛋白 43(Cx43)表达的分布规律。方法 应用SP免疫组化方法 ,检测 1 0例正常胎儿和 5例室间隔缺损患者心肌细胞Cx43的蛋白表达。结果 1 .Cx43主要在心室肌表达 ,心房较少。 2 .正常胎儿心室肌细胞的Cx43多数分布于细胞表面 ,少数位于闰盘处。 3 .室间隔缺损心肌Cx43表达的颗粒细小 ,分布不均。结论 Cx43的表达在胎儿时期主要位于心肌细胞表面 ,闰盘处少。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Connexin43 expression in normal fetus and ventricular septal defect heart.Methods The expression of Connexin43 in normal fetus and ventricular septal defect heart were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results 1. The expression of Connexin43 was mainly in ventricular myocardium and a few in atrial cells. 2. The connexin43 immunolabelling of infant heart lie surface of cardiac cells,a few locate at intercalated disk.3. Connexin43 immunolabelling granules of ventricular septal defect myocytes are smaller and heterogenous distribution.Conclusion Connexin43 distribute cardiac cellular surface in fetus heart,but few in intercalated disk. Before cardiac function of ventricular septal defect was disorder,expression of Cx43 are nearly same as normal cardiac cells.
