一种混杂改性钢丝网水泥的抗弯曲荷载-流动酸腐蚀共同作用的性能 被引量:6

摘要 以钠水玻璃为主 ,聚醋酸乙烯脂乳液为辅 ,配制相对成本较低的混杂改性水泥砂浆。开展混杂改性水泥砂浆、聚合物乳液改性水泥砂浆、水玻璃改性水泥砂浆和普通水泥砂浆抗流动酸腐蚀性能对比实验 ,结果显示混杂改性水泥砂浆性能显著优于其它三种水泥砂浆。进而制作混杂改性钢丝网水泥试件和对比试件 ,提出并进行几种钢丝网水泥试件在持续弯曲荷载与流动酸腐蚀共同作用下的性能实验研究 ,使实验室模拟更接近工程实际。微观结构观测分析和宏观性能实验结果分析表明 ,混杂改性使钢丝网水泥的抗荷载与流动酸腐蚀共同作用的性能显著提高。 A hybrid modified ferrocement is proposed in the paper It is tested under the coaction of sustained flexural loading and flowing acid corrosion The hybrid modified ferrocement is made of a steel wire mesh and hybrid modified cement mortar A kind of cement mortar behaved good acid resisting is called hybrid modified cement mortar in the papre A contrast test on flowing acid corrosion of the hybrid modified cement mortar with other mortars is carried out The results show that the properties of the proposed mortar are significantly better than that of the others The study shows that the resistance of the hybrid modified ferrocement is significantly higher than that of the others
