摘要
挤扩支盘桩是混凝土灌注桩的一种新型桩。由于其承载力高,沉降变形小,相对成本低,施工进度较快及良好的环保效益等特点,得到了迅速发展,已广泛用于工程中。由于桩的承载力的60%由支盘承担,挤扩支盘的质量好坏直接影响成桩的质量,所以挤扩支盘桩的质量控制关键是支盘质量的控制。
Extruded and Expanded pile is a new type of concrete pile. With such advantages as high bearing capacity, low settlement deformation and quick construction timing as well as perfect environmental protection, it has developed quickly and has been used in projects widely. Because 60% bearing capacity of the extruded and expanded piles are carried by the supporting trays, the quality of extruded and expanded supporting trays determines directly the pile quality, so it is the key measure to control the quality of supporting trays.
