摘要
癌痛是困扰癌症患者最常见的并发症之一。帮助癌症患者有效地控制癌痛需要多学科医务工作者的共同努力。本院临床药师积极参与1例癌痛伴口服困难患者的镇痛治疗,通过协助医师制订与调整个体化治疗方案、监测药物不良反应、提供社会心理支持、患者用药教育,帮助患者控制疼痛,且未发生明显的不良反应,体现了临床药师的价值。
Cancer pain is a most common complication among cancer patients, which need the multidisciplinary medical workers’ joint efforts to control effectively. Clinical pharmacists in our hospital actively involved in the analgesic therapy of one patient with oral difficulty, helped doctors to formulate an individualized treatment plan, monitored adverse drug reactions, and provided psychosocial support, and medical education for the patients. No obvious adverse reactions were found, reflecting the value of clinical pharmacists.
