摘要
目的:了解泉州市中医院(以下简称"我院")药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)的发生特点及规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对2016—2017年我院上报国家ADR监测系统的878例ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果:878例ADR中,51～<61岁患者所占比例最高(185例,占21.07%);女性患者455例,略多于男性(423例);静脉给药引发的ADR最多;发生ADR的怀疑药品主要为抗菌药物,其次为抗肿瘤药;ADR主要累及消化系统,其次为皮肤及附件;严重的ADR主要涉及抗肿瘤药。结论:应加强对中老年患者和静脉给药途径的ADR监测,并将抗菌药物、抗肿瘤药作为ADR重点监测药物,以减少ADR的发生,保障患者的用药安全。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the occurrence characteristics and laws of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"),so as to provide reference for safe application of drugs in clinic.METHODS:A retrospective analysis of 878 ADR reports submitted to the National ADR Monitoring System from our hospital from 2016 to 2017 was conducted.RESULTS:Among the 878 patients with ADR,the proportion of patients with 51-<61 years old was the highest(185 cases,21.07%).There were 455 female patients,slightly more than males(423 patients).Intravenous administration caused the most ADR.The suspected drugs for the occurrence of ADR were mainly antibiotics,followed by antitumor drugs.ADR mainly involved the digestive system,followed by skin and accessories.Severe ADR was mainly related to anti-tumor drugs.CONCLUSIONS:ADR monitoring should be strengthened for the middle-aged and elderly patients and intravenous administration,antibiotics and anti-tumor drugs should be used as ADR key monitoring drugs to reduce the incidence of ADR and ensure the medication safety of patients.
