依替米星对糖尿病足MRSA感染有较好的治疗效果 被引量:2

Etimicin Has a Good Therapeutic Effect in Patients with Diabetic Foot MRSA Infection

摘要 为探讨依替米星对糖尿病足耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)感染血清炎症因子的影响,并分析依替米星在临床上应用的疗效,本研究选取2015年6月至2017年6月糖尿病足MRSA感染患者120例,其中接受常规治疗及依替米星的患者73例作为依替米星组,只接受常规治疗的患者47例为对照组,比较两组患者的治疗效果及两组患者治疗前后金黄色葡萄球菌清除率,并通过检测白细胞介素-6 (interleukin 6, IL-6)、白细胞介素-8 (interleukin-8, IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumornecrosis Factor, TNF-α)、白细胞介素17 (interleukin 17, IL17)的水平来比较治疗前后两组患者的炎症指标的变化。结果发现治疗4周后,依替米星组总有效率明显高于对照组(p<0.05),依替米星组金黄色葡萄球菌清除率明显高于对照组(p<0.05),依替米星组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、IL-17的水平明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。本研究初步结论表明,依替米星对糖尿病足MRSA感染具有较好的治疗效果,能显著降低血清炎性因子的水平。 The study aims to investigate the effect of etimicin on the infection of serum inflammatory factors of diabetic foot methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA), and analyzes the clinical application of etimicin.120 patients with MRSA infection of diabetic foot in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected in this study. Among them, 73 patients receiving conventional treatment with etimicin were treated as the etimicin group, and 47 patients receiving conventional treatment were treated as the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared, and the Staphylococcus aureus clearance rate was compared in the two groups before and after treatment. And the levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and IL-17 were measured to compare the changes of inflammation markers in the two groups before and after the treatment. The results showed that after 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the etimicin group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),and the clearance rate of Staphylococcus aureus in etimicin group was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05), while the level of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and IL-17 in etimicin group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05). The preliminary conclusion of this study indicated that etimicin has a good therapeutic effect on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) infection in diabetic foot, and could significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
