摘要
目的:编制农转居居民社区感问卷,并检验其信效度。方法:通过文献检索、小组访谈与问卷调查形成问卷的初始项目。选取627名农转居居民进行初测并根据结果对问卷进行修订。另外选取574名农转居居民进行正式施测,随机分为两等份,分别用于探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果:农转居居民社区感问卷包含十二个项目,由身份维系、需求满足、发展预期三个维度构成,共解释总变异的70.298%,验证性因素分析显示问卷具有良好的结构效度(χ~2/df=2.016, RFI=0.962, CFI=0.985, NFI=0.971, IFI=0.985, RMSEA=0.036, PNFI=0.750, PCFI=0.761)。效标关联效度分析显示,社区感总分与生活满意度(r=0.663)和幸福倾向量表的三个维度:投入幸福感(r=0.657)、意义幸福感(r=0.683)、享乐幸福感(r=0.630)相关显著。总问卷的Cronbachα系数为0.948,身份维系、需求满足和发展预期三个维度的Cronbachα系数为0.861、0.883、0.813。结论:本研究编制的农转居居民社区感问卷信度和效度良好,可用于相关的社区研究与实践。
Objective: To develop Sense of Community Questionnaire for Farmers-to-Citizens(CSQFC) and test its validity and reliability. Methods: Through literatures review, interviews and open questionnaires form initial project. 627 Farmers-to-Citizens were predicted and the questionnaire was revised according to the results of the prediction. 700 Farmers-to-Citizens were tested, and 574 valid questionnaires were obtained, and 287 of which were assessed for exploratory factor analyses and 287 of which were assessed for confirmatory factor analyses. The Satisfaction With Life Scale(SWLS)and the Orientations to Happiness Scale(OHS) were used to test its criterion validity. Results: The questionnaire consisted of 12 items, including 3 dimensions: Identity Maintenance, Demand Satisfaction, Development expectation, explaining the total variance 70.298%. The results of CFA showed that the questionnaire fitted the data with well construct validity(χ~2/df=2.016, RFI=0.962, CFI=0.985, NFI=0.971, IFI=0.985, RMSEA=0.036, PNFI=0.750, PCFI=0.761). The CSQFC and its dimensions scores had obviously positive correlation with the SWLS and 3 dimensions of the OHS: Pleasure, Engagement and Meaning(P<0.01). The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.948, and 0.813-0.883 for the 3 dimensions. Conclusion: The CSQFC has satisfactory validity and reliability, and meets the needs of psychometrics, which can be used in both community research and practice.
