摘要
以北京市为例,较详细地分析了我国城乡结合部治理面临的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了疏堵结合的违法建设防治机制、正确区别"拆迁"与"治理"问题、强化流动人口调控、管理与服务,加大政府投入等方面的政策建议。
The acticle took Beijing as an example,analyzing the main problems of governing the fringe area in our country in detail.On this basis,the acticle put forward some corresponding policy proposal such as 'blocked sparse' mechanism of controlling illegal construction;correctly making a distinction of 'demolition 'and 'governing' problems;strengthening regulation and control of floating people,management and service;and increasing government spending.
