摘要
目的:解决军队医院编码对照问题,满足医院临床业务需求与多方管理需求。方法:基于医院实际业务需求,兼顾军队要求与驻地所在的上海市要求,建立上海长海医院疾病诊断和手术名称字典。结果:满足了军队与上海市地方的数据传报需求,同时优化医院医疗业务管理基础。结论:建立适应上海长海医院需求的诊断与手术名称字典,对医院医疗业务管理起到了重要作用。
Objective: To solve the code control problem of military hospital and to meet the needs of hospital clinical business andmilitary. Methods: Based on the actual needs of the hospital, considering the requirements of the General Logistics Department andthe requirements of Shanghai, the dictionary of disease diagnosis and operation name was established. Results: It meets the demandof the data of the General Logistics Department and Shanghai City, and optimizes the base of hospital medical service management.Conclusion: Establishing a dictionary of diagnosis and operation name adapted to the needs of the hospital has played an important rolein the management of hospital medical service.
