摘要
通过建立基于国际疾病分类ICD标准编码库的临床诊断和手术编码系统,规范临床诊断和手术名称,优化病案编码人员工作,实现了借助信息系统达到兼顾临床应用与医学研究的病案管理新模式。使医院的病案信息更加准确和科学,进一步发挥国际疾病与手术分类编码在医疗、教学、科研中的重要作用。
The development of ICD standards-based clinical diagnositic and surgica coding system standardizes the names of clinical diagnoses and surgeries, optimizes the work of medical record coders, and enables a new mode for managing medica records for the purposes of both clinical applications and medical research.
