Progress on the application of detection techniques for DNA damage of sperm

摘要 精子DNA的完整性是父系遗传信息传递给子代的前提。精子DNA完整性异常会严重影响到精子受精、受精后原核形成、并可能导致流产。临床上常用精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)来评价精子DNA完整性。精子DFI升高可造成配偶不孕、反复流产、胚胎停育等,也是宫腔内人工授精(IUI)、体外受精联合胚胎移植技术(IVF)、卵胞浆内单精子注射技术(ICSI)成功率的影响因素。近年来,随着对精子DNA碎片化测定技术的发展和研究,越来越多的在临床实践中得到应用。本文就精子DNA碎片化测定技术在生殖医学领域的应用进展作一综述。 The integrity of sperm DNA is the prerequisite for the transmission of paternal genetic information to the offspring. Abnormal sperm DNA integrity can seriously affect sperm fertilization,the formation of prokaryotic cells after fertilization and may lead to abortion. The clinical sperm DNA fragment index(DFI)is used to evaluate the DNA integrity of spermatozoa. The increase of sperm DFI can cause infertility,repeated abortion,fetal parked and so on. It is also an influential factor in the success rate of intrauterine insemination(IUI),IVF and ICSI. In recent years,with the development and research of the technology for the determination of sperm DNA fragmentation,more and more applications have been applied in clinical practice. In this paper,the advances in the application of sperm DNA fragmentation in the field of reproductive medicine are reviewed.
