摘要
基于标准化视角,对"河长制"的相关成果性分析文献与现实社会公众反映状况进行了调研,并对调研数据进行了统计分析,使政府工作与社会公众看法间得以较大程度上对接。以此为基础,为"河长制"在水环境治理中效用优化提供了可行性的对策。
Based on the standardization perspective,this paper investigates the relevant achievement literature and the actual social public retlection of the river chief system,and carries out statistical analysis of the survey data,so that the government work and the public view can be connected to a large extent.On this basis,it provides feasible countermeasures for the utility optimization of the river chief system in water environment control.
