摘要
目的探究丹栀逍遥散联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的效果。方法选择我院2015年1月—2016年12月抑郁症患者120例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用帕罗西汀进行治疗;观察组则给予丹栀逍遥散联合帕罗西汀治疗。比较两组患者抑郁症治疗总有效率、治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、治疗过程不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者抑郁症治疗总有效率(96.67%)比对照组(76.67%)高(χ~2=5.313,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者HAMD评分、PSQI、SF-36评分相似,P>0.05;观察组治疗后HAMD评分显著低于对照组,PSQI显著低于对照组,SF-36评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05;两组均无出现明显不良反应(χ~2=0.000,P>0.05)。其中,对照组有1例恶心呕吐,1例体质量增加,不良反应发生率为3.33%;观察组有1例恶心呕吐,1例头痛乏力,不良反应发生率为3.33%。结论丹栀逍遥散联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症效果确切,可有效改善患者抑郁症状,改善其睡眠质量和生活质量,且无明显不良作用,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 120 cases of patients with depression in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 60 cases.The control group was treated by Paroxetine.The observation group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Paroxetine.The total effective rate,Hamihon Depression Scale (HAMD),Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),quality of life score (SF-36),the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment process between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 76.67% which was higher than 76.67% of the control group (x^2 = 5.313,P<0.05).Before treatment,HAMD .score,PSQI seore and SF-36 between the two groups was similar P >0.05.After treatment, HAMD score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the eontrol group,PSQI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the eontrol group,and SF-36 score of the .observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group P <0.05. There had no obvious adverse reaetions in two groups (x^2=0.000,P >0.05).In the control group,1 case had nausea and vomiting,and 1 case gained weight,and the ineidenee of adverse reactions was 3.33%.In the observation group,1 ease had nausea and.vomiting,I ease had headache,and the ineidenee of adverse reactions was 3.33%.Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of depression has definite effect,can effectively improve depressive symptoms,the quality of sleep and quality of life,with no obvious side effects,is safe and effective,and is worthy of promotion.
