摘要
目的分析丹栀逍遥片联合盐杞菊地黄汤加减治疗老年抑郁症的疗效。方法选择2020年7月-2022年7月本院收治的78例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组采用丹栀逍遥片治疗,观察组采用丹栀逍遥片联合盐杞菊地黄汤加减治疗。比较两组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量表(PSQI)评分及神经因子水平。结果治疗2周、4周、6周、8周后,观察组患者HAMA、HAMD、PSQI评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素水平均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥片联合盐杞菊地黄汤加减在老年抑郁症患者中的应用效果明确,可以改善患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量,对预后具有积极作用,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao tablets combined with Yanqiju Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of senile depression.Methods 78 elderly patients with depression admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a lottery method,with 39 cases in each group The control group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao tablets,and the observation group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao tablets combined with Yanqiju Dihuang Tang.Compare the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)score,and levels of neurokines between two groups of patients.Results After 2,4,6,and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMA,HAMD,and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao tablet combined with Yanqiju Dihuang Decoction has clear application effect in elderly patients with depression,can improve patients'depression and anxiety mood,improve patients'sleep quality,has a positive effect on prognosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
