摘要
为确定软弱围岩隧道开挖过程中,不同施工工法对应的二次衬砌合理支护时机,采用FLAC3D软件建立数值分析模型对三台阶预留核心土法和CRD法的开挖过程进行模拟,分析二次衬砌支护时机对围岩和支护结构受力变形的影响,并确定出合理的二次衬砌支护时机。研究结果表明:二次衬砌的支护时机对隧道围岩的变形有显著影响;不同工法的初期支护所受的最大压应力会随着二衬与开挖面距离的增大而增大,但是其增幅会越来越缓慢;三台阶预留核心土法下二衬与开挖面的合理距离可在15.6~25.2m范围选取,CRD法下的合理距离可在31.2~42.0m范围选取。
In order to obtain the supporting time of tunneling secondary lining of the different tunneling schemes in soft rock, a series of numerical tunnel models were conducted with the FLAC3 D software based on the three-bench reservation core soil method and CRD method. The effect of supporting time of secondary lining to the stress and deformation of rock and supporting structure was analyzed. Then, the reasonable supporting time was obtained. Numerical results show that the supporting time of secondary lining has a significant influence on the deformation of rock, the maximum compressive stresses of supporting structure on different tunneling schemes increase with supporting times delaying, but the growing rate decreases, the reasonable supporting time of the three benches reservation core soil method is 15.6~25.2 m, and the reasonable supporting time of the CRD method is 31.2~42.0 m.
