摘要
针对上海市郊区某低层居住建筑不同功能区的建筑能耗进行节能预测分析,根据低层居住建筑的特点,采用eQUEST能耗分析软件计算该建筑全年逐月动态制冷、制热(采暖)、照明和设备等用电负荷,分析了动态负荷变化规律和负荷构成,预测评价了该建筑能耗及节能潜力,并探讨了降低低层居住建筑能耗的对策建议。
An energy-saving predictive analysis on different functional areas of a low-rise residential building in Shanghai had been conducted.According to the characteristics of the low-rise residential buildings,the monthly dynamic electricity load of cooling,heating,lighting and other equipment were calculated by the energy analysis software eQUEST.The dynamic load variation and composition are analyzed to predict building energy consumption and energy-saving potential.The measures to reduce energy consumption of the low-rise residential buildings are discussed.
