摘要
介绍了建筑全能耗分析软件eQUEST的基本原理、特点。以西安地区为例结合一座办公楼进行了全年的能耗分析。分析主要包括窗采用的玻璃类型,空调设计温度以及灯光智能控制。通过分析发现窗采用不同的玻璃类型对建筑能耗影响较大;采用合理的空调设定温度会大大降低能耗,冷水机组的效率对建筑能耗影响不大。
The principle of building energy simulation software eQUEST was introduced in this paper. The total energy consumption of an office building in Xi'an was simulated and analyzed. Different glass types, design temperatures and intelligent lighting control were analyzed. The results show that, glass type has a greet influence on energy consumption, and reasonable air-conditioning temperature will greatly reduce power consumption, and the COP of water chilling unit has little impact on the total building energy consumption.
