摘要
探讨寒地中小学教师体质和骨密度现况,以期提高教师体质健康水平。采用测试法、数理统计法对8551名寒地中小学教师体质和骨密度进行调查研究。研究结果表明,教师体质综合评分"合格"以上标准的人数比例为92. 4%,高于国家和黑龙江省"合格"以上标准的人数89. 6%与87.8%的平均水平;骨密度测试结果,总体骨密度T值为-0. 73±0. 6,其中,男性骨密度T值-0. 62±0. 6,女性骨密度T值-0. 76±0. 6,骨密度水平较好,且男性好于女性,随年龄增长骨密度有下降趋势;教师体质综合评分、体重超重率、选择反应时、坐位体前屈指标优于全国平均水平;台阶指数、肺活量、握力、纵跳、仰卧起坐与全国平均水平持平,肥胖率、俯卧撑和闭眼单脚站立低于全国平均水平。
To explore the current situation of physical fitness and bone mineral density of primary and secondary school teachers in cold areas,with a view to improving the physical health of teachers. The test methods and mathematical statistics were used to investigate the physical fitness and bone mineral density of 8551 primary and middle school teachers. The results of the study showed that the proportion of the teachers with a comprehensive score of"qualified"was 92. 4%,which was higher than the 89. 6% of the national"qualified"standards for the"National Physical Fitness Measurement Standard"and the average 87. 8% of Heilongjiang Province; Bone mineral density test results showed a total bone density T value of-0. 73 ± 0.6,in which male bone density T value-0. 62 ± 0. 6,female bone density T value-0. 76 ± 0. 6,bone density level is better,and men are better than women,with age The growth bone density has a downward trend; the teacher’s physical comprehensive score,overweight rate,selective response,sitting position flexion index is better than the national average; cardiopulmonary function,grip strength,vertical jump,sit-ups are the same as the national average,obesity rate,push-ups and closed eyes stand below the national average.
