摘要
目的 探讨降糖通脉方对糖尿病合并缺血性脑损伤大鼠的影响，了解降糖通脉方的作用机理。方法 通过注射链脲佐菌素及夹闭颈总动脉造成糖尿病合并脑缺血大鼠模型，观察降糖通脉方对模型大鼠血糖、血栓烷Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）、６－酮－ＰＧＦ１α、兴奋性氨基酸的影响。结果 降糖通脉方能明显降低大鼠血糖，抑制ＴＸＢ２升高，调节Ｔ／Ｋ比值，抑制兴奋性氨基酸升高。结论 降糖通脉方有抗糖尿病合并缺血性脑损伤的作用。
Objective To study the effects and m echanism of Jiangtangtongmai Formula on diabetic cerebral ischemia rats. Met hod Diabetic cerebral ischemia rat mod els were established by injecting streptozocin(STZ) and ligating bilateral carot ids.The level of blood glucose, TXB2,6 K PGF1α and exred rospinal am ino acid in the rats were observed. Results Jiangtangtongmai Formula markedly red uced the rats＇blood glucose level,inhibited the elevation of TXB2,regulated T /K ratio, and inhibited the elevation of exred rospinal amino acid.Con clusions Jiangtangtongmai Formula may play the role in opposing diabetic cerebral ische mia.
