摘要
目的 调查花类和叶类中药材粉螨孳生情况。方法 用清水漂浮法和塔氏电热集螨器分离各种中草药中粉螨。结果 40 0份样本中共分离出 2 5种粉螨 ,隶属 6科 17属 ,污染率达 10 0 % ,其中两种以上粉螨(含两种 )污染的该类中药材达 2 3种 ,占 5 7.5 %。结论 花类和叶类中药材粉螨孳生严重 。
Objective To study the breeding of acaroid mites in flowers and leafages from Chinese medicinal materials.Methods By floatation and tullgren apparatus the mites isolated from different crude drugs.Results All together 25 species of mites originated from 17 genera and 6 families were identified from 400 samples. Chinese medicinal materials polluted with acaroid mites are nearly 100%, in crude drugs polluted, with breeding over 2 species mites are 57.5%. Conclusion Chinese medicinal materials from flower and leafage are severely polluted and the effective measure should be taken to prevent the acaroid mites breeding in crude drugs.
