摘要 高速强力电磁阀是决定柴油机电控燃油喷射系统性能的关键部件。通过高速强力电磁阀驱动特性的理论分析和数值求解喷油器电磁阀的磁场分布,对电磁阀动态响应特性进行了数值模拟计算。 High - speed powerful solenoid valves are key components for the performances of diesel fuel injection system for modem diesel engines. Fast response and being credibly sealed are necessary for the solenoid valve. Theoretical analysis of the solenoid valve is used to analyze the distribution of magnetic field in solenoid valves and to simulate its dynamic response characteristics. The relationship of variable structural parameters influencing solenoid valve performances are complex. Theoretical data obtained have provided useful information for the setting and improving of structural parameters of the valve.
