摘要
研究了由碱性蛋白酶、碱性纤维素酶、淀粉酶复配而成的复合酶的温度和pH特性 ,以及合成洗衣粉中常用表面活性剂和各种助剂对它的作用。结果表明 ,该复合酶最适反应温度为 40℃ ,最适pH为 10 0 ,在温度 2 0℃～ 6 0℃、pH4～ 12及在洗涤剂各组分的实际洗涤浓度范围内均具有良好的稳定性 。
A study was made on the properties of temperature and pH of recombination enzyme made from alkali proteaes,amylaes and alkaline cellulase,and the interaction between recombination enzyme and various surfactants,builders used in laundry powers was researched,The results showed that the recombination enzyme activity was not affected by the temperature 20 ℃～60 ℃,pH4～12 and the components of laundy power,the recombination enzyme is suitable for all kinds of detergent.
