摘要 茶自人类发现以来 ,早已淡化了最初的饮食意义。几千年发展所形成的茶文化体系 ,不仅包含了我国传统思想、伦理、道德乃至世界观意识 ,而且反映了人们对人生信仰、崇高境界的追求。普洱县以普洱茶闻名于海内外 ,其历史悠久 ,文化底蕴深厚 ,具有很高的旅游价值。但由于当地仅把茶叶生产作为产业方向 ,忽视了其自身蕴涵的文化价值 ,使其综合效益尚未得到充分体现。在云南旅游业发展良好的背景条件下 ,在云南将建成民族文化大省的召引下 ,普洱人应着力挖掘其特有的茶文化潜力 ,牵引地方旅游业迅速发展 。 The dietetic meanings of the tea had been desalinated since man first found it. The system of the tea culture which has been formed over thousands of years, not only comprise the Chinese tradition ideas, morality, ethics and world outlook, but reflected men's pursuit of the gospel the life and spiritual renovation. The county of Pu Er is famous all around the world for its tea. It possesses a very high tourist value with its long history and deep cultural connotation. However, the local government simply regarded the tea production as a industry, and ignored the culture and value it contained in it. Its integrated benefit was never embodied. With the development of tourism and the construction of ethnic culture in Yunnan, the unique potential of the tea will be rooted out. The tea production will induct Pu Er's tourism into rapid development.
