摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱 质谱联用法对连翘挥发油化学成分进行了研究 .经毛细管色谱分离出2 0 0多个峰 ,共确认了其中 90种成分 ,所鉴定化合物的含量占全油的 71 92 % .用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量 。
The essential oil from fruits of Forsythia sus pe nsa(Thunb.) Vahl.was analyzed by capillary GC-MS method.More than 200 peaks were isolated,and 90 com pounds from them were identified.The identification ratio was 45%.The relative p ercentages of the constituents were determined by GC method.The main chemical component parts of the oil were β-Pinene,Carene and D-Limonene etc.
