摘要
目的用气相色谱法测定复方连翘油软胶囊中α-蒎烯与β-蒎烯含量。方法选用玻璃填充柱（3.6mm×2m）;涂布3%甲基硅油（OV-17）,载气为高纯度氮气,FID检测器。结果α-蒎烯线性范围0.5627~4.5018μg（r=0.9998,n=5）,β-蒎烯线性范围1.0724~8.5792μg（r=0.9999,n=5）;α-蒎烯平均回收率100.1%,RSD为1.21%（n=6）,β-蒎烯平均回收率98.9%,RSD为1.42%（n=6）。结论本法简便、准确、无干扰,可用于复方连翘油软胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quantitative method of the α-Pinene and β-Pinene in the Complex Lian-qiao Oil Capsule by GG. Methods The glass packed column coated with 3 % OV-17 was used, the column temperature was set at 60 ℃, flame ionization detector（FID）, the carrier gas was nitrogen of! high purity. Results The liner range was 0.562 7-4.501 8 μg for a-Pinene, and 1.072 4-8.579 2 μg for β-Pinene respectively. The average recovery of α- Pinene and β-Pinene was 100.1% （RSD = 1.21%, n = 6） and 98.9 % （RSD = 1.42 %, n = 6） respectively. Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and specified.
