摘要
络病是临床常见病症 ,但对络病的论述多散在各种文献之中 ,而缺少系统性。结合古今论述 ,提出络脉郁 (瘀 )滞为络病的基本病理 ,痒、麻、痛、肿、出血为络病的辨证依据 ,且和常用通络八法 。
Collateral disease is commonly in clinic.But the exposition of collateral disease almost scattered in various documents without systematization.Comprehending ancient and modern exposition,the author advanced that collateral stasis was the fundamental pathology of the collateral disease;inch,numb,pain and swollen were the basis of diagnosis and treatment of collateral disease,and the eight ways in common use to promoting blood circulation provided a train of thought for the different diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms in clinic.
