摘要
目的 :对紫杉醇磁性非离子表面活性剂泡囊的处方和制备工艺进行研究 ,并评价其质量。方法 :采用逆相蒸发法制备了紫杉醇磁性泡囊 ,并对制剂的包封率、粒径和pH值等性质进行了研究。结果 :本研究制备的紫杉醇磁性泡囊包封率为96.2 9% ,平均粒径为 2 .5 96μm ,pH值为6.62。结论 :紫杉醇磁性泡囊的制备工艺是可行的 ,本研究可为紫杉醇新型给药系统的开发利用提供科学和实用的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the preparation of paclitaxel entrapped magnetic non ionic surfactant vesicles (TAX MNS) and evaluate its quality.METHODS The magnetic non ionic surfactant vesicles were prepared by reverse phase evaporation method (REV).The morphology of TAX MNS, the entrapment efficiency and pH were studies.RESULTS The average size of magnetic non ionic surfactant vesicles was 2.596 μm, entrapment ratio was 96.29% , pH was 6.62 .CONCLUSIONS The technology of the preparation is practicable and successful.
