Determination of Trace Copper in Food by Laser Induced Spectrofluorimetry with Diode Array Detection

摘要 为了建立食品中痕量铜的新分析方法,本文利用自行组装的激光诱导荧光-CCD二极管阵列检测器-计算机联用装置,研究了铜催化H2O2氧化罗丹明B的反应体系。在氨氟化铵(pH=9.0)缓冲溶液中,激发波长532.0 nm,发射波长580.0 nm条件下,采用催化荧光光度法实现了食品样品中痕量铜的测定。方法的线性范围0.5~4.0靏/L,方法的检出限为0.5 靏/L,加标回收率为86.9%~108.6%,相对标准偏差不大于9.70%。 For establishment of a new method for the determination of trace copper in food, the catalytic reaction of copper(II) for the oxidation of rhodamine B by hydrogen peroxide was studied by using the setup of laser induced fluorescence-charge coupled device diode array detector-computer. Determination of trace copper in food samples was completed in NH3-NH4F buffer solution (pH = 9.0) at lambda (ex) 532.0 nm and lambda (em) 580.0 nm by the catalytic spectrofluorimetric method. the linear range of the determination is 0.5 similar to 4.0 mug/L. The detection limit is 0.5 mug/L for copper. The Spiked recovery is in the range of 86.9% similar to 108.6% and the relatively standard deviation is not more than 9.7%.
