聚能刀治肺癌疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察聚能刀治疗肺癌的的效果.方法在CT引导下准确将电极针杆插人肿瘤内部,每个靶区治疗时间5～15 min,小于3.5 cm的肿块一次杀灭,大于3.5 cm的肿块分多点杀灭.结果术后1～2周经PET证实聚能刀的作用范围仅局限于3.5 cm左右,对作用范围内的组织可完全杀灭,对杀灭范围以外的正常组织无损伤.普通胸片和CT均显示聚能刀治疗后肿瘤阴影有所增大.结论聚能刀可有效杀灭肺部肿瘤,PET是评价聚能刀治疗近期局部疗效的最佳手段.
