摘要
目的 探讨用血管内皮生长因子 (vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)基因转染治疗大面积软组织缺损和骨质外露的方法。方法 将重组质粒 pCD- hVEGF165 200μ g吸附于明胶海绵内,贴于兔耳伤口上,同时进行自身对照及异体对照。结果 术后第 7、 14 d实验组所取肉芽组织的血管面积比及肉芽组织厚度与对照组相比差异均有非常显著性意义 (P0.05)。结论 伤口局部应用 VEGF基因治疗后,局部组织能有效、持久地表达 VEGF,促进血管增生及伤口愈合。
Objective To explore a new method in the treatment of soft tissue defect wounds. Methods The wound model was covered by a piece of gelatin sponge which absorbed 200μ g of recombinant plasmid pCD- hVEGF165. There were two types of controls: 1) self control on the second ear of the experimental animals and 2) isolated control on animals with no vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) gene. Results There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control groups(P0.05). Conclusion The local application of pCD- hVEGF165 recombinant plasmid in wound prolongs VEGF expression and promotes vascular proliferation and granulation tissue formation.
