摘要
目的 探讨白细胞介素 - 10 (IL - 10 )、白细胞介素 - 12 (IL - 12 )与格林 -巴利综合征 (GBS)的关系。方法 用免疫酶联双抗体夹心 (EL ISA)法对 36例急性期、恢复期 GBS患者血清中 IL - 10、IL - 12进行检测。结果 GBS急性期患者血清 IL - 10水平较对照组未见显著变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,然而恢复期则明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ;GBS急性期患者血清 IL - 12水平较对照组明显升高 (P<0 .0 1) ,且其水平与病情分级正相关 ,恢复期明显下降 ;恢复期血清 IL - 10与 IL - 12存在负直线相关关系。结论 IL - 10、IL - 12与 GBS的致病过程明显相关 ,IL - 10通过下调免疫起保护作用 ,它可能使脱失髓鞘修复 ;IL - 12上调免疫参与致病 。
Objective To investigate the levels of IL 10、IL 12 in patients with GBS and possible pathogenesis and immunopathogernesis of GBS in the level of cellular molecule immunity. Methods Levels of IL 10、IL 12 in acute、recovery phase of serum in 36 patients with GBS were measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunesorbent assay (ELISA). Results Serum levels of IL 10 in patients with acute phase GBS were not any significance changes compared with those in the subjects with NC (P>0.05). However,serum levels of IL 10 in patients with recovery phase GBS were significantly higher than those in the subjects with acute phase GBS、、NC (P<0.01);Serum levels of IL 12 in patients with acute phase GBS were much higher than those in the subjects with NC (P<0.01). and those levels correlated with disease severity,Serum levels of IL 12 in patients with recovery phase GBS were quite lower than those in the patients with acute phase GBS (P<0.01). There was a negative liner correlation between IL 10 and IL 12 in recovery plase GBS patients. Conclusion IL 10 may be involved in the process of immune responses in GBS and play a protective role by immune downregulating,it may contribute to the recovery of the injured myelin and the disease. IL 12 may be involved in pathogenic process of GBS and upregulate immune responses. It may cause demyelination and degeneration of axon.
