摘要
目前学术界有观点认为图书馆员正在走向"去职业化",面对着中国图书馆职业"边缘化"发展的趋向和涌现出来的风险,论文界定了图书馆员职业化概念,提出应在职业资质、职业技能、职业行为、职业素养方面推进图书馆员职业化建设,而图书馆员"去职业化"研究应该滞后。
At present, some researchers in the library academic circles propose that librarians are deprofessionlization. Facing to the trend of the marginalization of the Chinese library profession and the emerging risks, this paper defines the professionalization of librarians, puts out that librarians ought to propel the librarians professionalization in professional qualifications, professional skills, professional conduct, professionalism and let the research on the deprofessionlization of librarians lag behind.
