摘要
目的了解深圳市盐田区50岁以上居民骨质疏松症的流行病学情况,为制订骨质疏松症的干预措施提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,收集2011年10月~2013年11月来本院进行体检的625例50岁以上中老年人的资料,包括问卷调查、人体测量学指标测定以及实验室检查,问卷调查包括一般人口学资料、饮食习惯、生活习惯及运动习惯。用SPSS 13.0统计软件分析该区50岁以上居民骨质疏松症的发生率及其影响因素。结果盐田区50岁以上居民骨质疏松症的发生率为18.56%,其中男性为14.67%,女性为22.15%。不同性别、运动习惯、是否补钙、是否抽烟等因素对骨质疏松症发生率的影响差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论骨质疏松症的发生与多因素相关,应针对高危人群重点防控,降低居民的骨质疏松症的发生率,改善其生存质量。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological situation of osteoporosis in patients over 50 years old in Yantian district of Shenzhen city so as to provide basis for formulating intervention measures of osteoporosis. Methods By convenience sampling,data of 625 patients over 50 years old who visited our hospital for physical examinations from October 2011 to November 2013 were collected and the data included questionnaire survey,anthropometry index determination,and laboratory examination.General demographic information, dietary habit,living habit,and exercise habit were all contained in the questionnaire survey.The incidence rate and influence factors of osteoporosis in patients over 50 years old in Yantian district were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 statistical software. Results The incidence of osteoporosis in these participants in the district was 18.56%.If divided by gender, the male was 14.67%,and female took 22.15%. There was a statistical difference in influences of osteoporosis incidence by factors like gender,exercise habit,whether calcium supplement,and whether smoking, ere （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Occurrence of osteoporosis is related to many factors.It is necessary to focus prevention and control on high risk population aiming at reducing incidence rate of osteoporosis for residents and improving quality of life.
