摘要
前轴是汽车前桥的最重要元件之一,其强度是否可靠直接决定整车的安全性。以华菱卡车前桥为研究对象,运用有限元软件ANSYS对其进行受力及变形分析,通过在UG软件建立前轴的三维模型,通用化接口将数据导入ANSYS进行预处理,选用Solid 95单元。材料为12NN2VB,得出越过不平路面,制动及侧滑三种工况下的受力及变形云图,得出结论,三种工况下强度变形均符合强度要求。
The front axle is one of most important parts of the automobile , whether its intensity reliable directly decides the vehicle security, this article takes the Hualing truck front axle as the research object, carries on the stress and the distortion analysis using finite element analysis software ANSYS, In this article we established the front axle three - dimensional model in the UG software, then inducted through the universalized connection into the ANSYS program to carry on the pretreatment, we selected the Solid 95 element. The material is 12MN2VB, obtains three kind of operating modes stress and the distortion cloud chart of crossing the rough road , the braking and sideslipping ,then draw the conclusion, the axle satisfies the intensity and distortion requirement under three kinds of load modes.
