摘要
机械设计认知实验是学生获取结构设计问题与相应的解决方法、掌握结构设计的要点与启发创新思维的重要实践环节。在实验的建设中,将典型机械、实物模型、图形与文字注解相结合,展示了常用机械的结构特征与零件之间的相互关系,实验效果表明,学生的结构设计能力得到显著提高。
The machinery design cognition experiment is an important link for students gaining structural design problems and corresponding solving methods ,mastering structural design key points ,and developing innovatory thinking .The experiment building is made up of the following four parts :typical machinery ,material patterns , geometric figures and word notes .It shows the structural characteristics and mutual relations among parts in common use . Experimental effect indicates that the students ’ structural design ability can be improved remarkably .
