摘要
腰腿痛是一种严重的腰椎退变性疾病,其主要中医治疗方法有内治法、中医外治法、中医内外结合综合治法,西医治疗方法有单纯椎管减压术、椎管减压联合椎弓根内固定融合术、椎管减压联合骨融合术、椎弓根内固定术。但无论是手术治疗还是非手术治疗,均有部分患者疗效不理想。因此,对外科医生而言,充分认识和掌握腰腿痛的正确诊治方法有着重要意义。
Lumbocrural pain is a kind of serious lumbar degenerative diseases, the main TCM therapy include internal treatment, external treatment, TCM therapies combining with internal and external, and western medicine combined therapy, western medicine treatment include simple decompression, spinal canal decompression and pedicleinternal fixation, decompression combined with bone graft, pedicle screw internal fixation. No matter surgery or non-surgical treatment, can not covers all patients. Therefore, for surgeons, it is great significant to fully understand and grasp the correct diagnosis and treatment of lumbocrural pain.
