摘要
研究了综采工作面高压大流量泵站系统,提出了泵站系统的综采大流量泵站、泵站控制装置、矿水过滤站、高压过滤站、乳化液自动配比与浓度检测装置以及泵站变频驱动装置这六大模块化设计。此模块设计的提出,在现有设备能力的基础上,最快最优地实现了综采泵站的高压大流量,并在神华矿区得到了广泛的应用。
The fully-mechanized with high pressure and large flow water pump station system has been studied. The six modular designs of pump station system have been proposed, including, fully-mechanized and large flow water pump station, control device of pump station,mineral water filter station, high pressure filter station, automatic matching and concentration detection device and variable frequency drives of pump station. The modular design proposed based on the existing equipment capacity, to implement the fully：mechanized with high pressure and large flow water pump station in the fast and best way, and has been widely applied in Shen-hua area.
