摘要 乳化液泵站是综合机械化采煤工作面的重要设备,介绍了其故障诊断系统的设计思想,阐述了系统结构、推理机工作过程、知识表示方法以及知识获取途径,提出了一种人工神经网络和模糊专家系统相结合的分级故障诊断方法,用于乳化液泵站的分级故障诊断,可及时发现和排除各种故障隐患,预防突发事件,保障煤矿井下安全作业。 Emulsion pump station is a key equipment of fully mechanized mining faces, the design idea of the failure diagnosis system was introuduced. And the basic methods in systematic structure, knowledge expression,knowledge acquisition and reasoning mechanism are described. Simultaneously, a kind of approach for the failure diagnosis was offered which was based on an error back - propagation artifical neural network integrated with fuzzy expert system. The system realizes the function of hierarchical - failure diagnosis, eliminate a variety of paroxysmal accidents, ultimately ensure that the mining is safe.
